Returning the equipment was easy and the gentleman was helpful in that regard however didn't seem to want to hear that some of the equipment was faulty.

MICHAEL MSteve helped check me out and went above and beyond by excellent customer service and personality. He insisted on putting the dolly in my van for me and when I pulled back in a few hours later, he greeted me out front and took the dolly for me. Great service as I had two children in the van when I dropped off. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
