The location was shared with a mechanic’s shop. There were no visible signs of a Uhaul business. There were questionable people hanging around and working on cars. I felt very uncomfortable. I pulled up and got the attention of one of the workers. He refused to meet me at the truck to take the key. He required me to work back in the cut around a car where someone was working. After walking to him he walked back out to the truck only to give me back the key and instructed me to park the truck in a tight spot. He was playing mind games for sure. As a put the truck I reverse a female employee ran out and said she would park the truck. This location is unsafe and scary. No markings or branding. They should not be a drop off location.

Reginald SI had return truck at around 4:40 pm on October 2nd. We were at location byb4:27 and waited for long time no one showed up then I started returning the process, and then associate came and asked us to move the truck from where we parked and it was pooring.. I guess I should have not got charged any extra day… I m going to dispute 62.50 which was charged on October 2nd ..
