I was very satisfied from my pick up and drop off. The owners were very nice and considerate to my needs.

Anderson DLots of issues with the self pick up and drop off website/app made this experience very frustrating. Location of uhaul pickup smelled like urine and pretty sure there was vomit in the lot After standing in the hot sun for 10 minutes due to having issues with the app I was able to get in contact with the pick up location. They were very helpful and sweet and getting it resolved. That was the one positive. The truck itself was clean, but it had issues like one of the mirrors Not staying put which created a safety issue while driving and trying to change lanes.
Kelsey PThis location was a bit of a mess, with no signs or graphics to direct where to park the truck. But the clerk who signed me out was very polite and helpful.
Lauren SCustomer service and everything was great
