The staff was unwelcoming and appeared more focused on their personal phones than assisting customers. There were three customers waiting, yet two employees behind the counter were simply sitting on their phones instead of helping those who needed assistance. The vehicle situation was equally disappointing. The first truck I was given was filthy and had a flat front tire, and the staff showed little concern about the condition of the vehicle. The second truck was also dirty, had personal belongings left behind in the doors, and had a nonfunctional TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System), along with multiple warning lights illuminated on the dashboard throughout the entire trip. Additionally, the battery appeared to be weak, as the vehicle struggled to start each time we turned it on. Overall, this was an extremely poor experience from start to finish. Between the lack of customer service, the condition of the vehicles, and the apparent lack of attention to basic maintenance and safety, this facility demonstrated a disappointing level of professionalism and operational oversight. I will not be returning to this poorly managed facility and would not recommend it to others.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI rented from this location and they put extra charges on my account that I did not ask for, even though I told them no and paid upon receiving the truck. However on my receipt they added it back in when I dropped it off. I called and they said they would give me a refund I never got my refund. I took it as human error. This most recent time I rented from them again and upon my receipt they charged me $122 extra for mileage. They added more miles on my receipt and at this time I cannot assume this is human error but they are stealing from customers adding charges because they expect people not to check. And I still haven't gotten my refund back from my previous charge. I'm highly disappointed and would not be running from this location again

TreVon WI called into uhual yesterday. There was a technical issue with me not receiving the return my equipment link on the uhual website. Vehicle was returned yesterday 10/11/26. Not 10/12/26. Also, the agent who checked me out lied to me and forced me to take the Save move insurance. I declined and asked follow up questions. Agent stated I had to take it because it was cargo van. I want this investigated as I was told executive manager would be reaching out to me today 10/12/26.
Michaela SThe truck was extremely dirty. It had white substance all on the floor slippery like flour or something. The young man who wrote the contract did come out and he took a blower and blew out some of the white substance that was nice. Would have been awesome. If the vehicle was clean when I got there since I had a reservation, I also told him this truck is empty. It has 7 miles to empty. He said just return it as you received it. I did. I returned it with I think 14 miles was over 7 miles and they still charge me for refilling and fuel service. Did you charge a customer who left it empty and dirty I got it and returned it like I was told to, and still billed astronomically
