STEFFAUN SSmooth pickup every time
STEFFAUN SWhen we arrived to the drop off location it was a retail store with a small lock box on the outside of the door with a padlock on it, which made it impossible to put the key in. I believe that was the most uncomfortable experience of it all, because I had to leave the key with some random person that I had no idea if they were representing U-Haul or the clothing store that I was dropping the key off at. As far as I was concerned, they could re-rent the truck out to someone else, take those proceeds and blame the extra mileage and gas use on me. I received no paperwork saying that the truck was dropped off without damage, and nothing to reflect the mileage used and gas that was replaced. Very un-cool!
