Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des aviswe accidentally left a couple of items in the truck; we were contacted by the manager and she held the items for us to pick up. Very friendly and considerate.
Ricardo LProvide some basic instructions on how to use the ramp and take the picture of the truck.
Sreedhar SQuick easy access
GABRIEL CPOS is slow: The POS has trouble with connection and speed which delays check out significantly. Low gas in vehicle: Vehicle gas tanks are not full when picked up, they are usually about a quarter tank. This means customers need to fill tank first thing, not ideal when in a rush. Also, I tend to overfill the tank when returning because it’s not easy to fill right to a quarter tank (level at pickup), vs filling to a full tank (much easier and accurate). This means the vehicle is getting ‘free gas’ at expense of customer who is not credited for overfilling. Not ideal especially with today’s gas prices. Highly recommend the location takes the time to fill the tanks to full. Valentina and the staff are wonderful.
