My reservation was for 8:30am, and that is what time the mini storage was supposed to open. Waiting until a little after 9 and no one was still there. I called and talked with U-Haul, Leslie was her name in the Memphis traffic center and she was horrible too. She raised her voice saying that the reservation was for 9:30, and I explained I made the reservation in person at the location and even have an email that states pick up was 8:30. She said that it didn’t matter the location doesn’t start until 9:30. We left, came back, at 9:30 and finally was in the truck by 10.

Mark SI wish I remembered his name but the guy managing that location was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely go here again if I need to rent a UHaul
Charles REverything went very smooth. Having a pick-up location closer to my residence allowed me to save money from used mileage, having more efficient time to move my belongings, and gave the entire process a more personal and in-great-hands feel. The pick-up and return process was simple and easy.
