The person at the counter didn't know where the keys were didn't know what trucks were available he did a contract without my consent added on things I did not add add it on save this charge me and lied and said that I was gone three hours when I was gone exactly 38 minutes said that I drove more miles and I did completely lied and manipulated and stole money from me which I will be calling my bank and reporting is fraud because that is exactly what he did he took a vantage of the fact that I have you all account fraudulently created a fake contract that I did not consent to agree to lied and said I was gone longer than I was which I have video proof of how long exactly I was gone when I came in when I left. Do not use this company they do not represent the true U-Haul experience I have never in my life had such a bad U-Haul experience or ever had to report fraud on somebody who is a U-Haul dealer these people are absolutely completely unethical in every way.

Actually have my rental ready when you say it's ready, and have the equipment I reserved available.
Vehicle was dirty. It took the guy inside 20 minutes to call the owner and get me the keys. I did an online check in, I wanted to get in and out...it was anything but that.
I would not recommend this location to anyone. I dropped off the truck on time at 12pm, and got a notification from my bank that I was charged an additional $60 for an additional day because the truck was not check back in until later that same evening. When you call the location, you don't even know who you are calling because they do not indicate, they just say hello. Luckily in the end they are supposed to refund me my money, but I do not recommend you are going to have this location as a uhaul representative
Excellent customer service I always recommend
Truck had several service lights on, had to call roadside assistance prior to loading waited for a mechanic then a tow truck, the next morning I had to drive 20+ miles to pick up another vehicle, location opened two hours later than what I was told.
U Haul representative was very friendly offer me help and offer me if I need any water or anything. Staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend that To everyone.
Truck was not available at time scheduled. Truck was dirty, inside and out. Agent walked around with me as I photographed damage on the truck, but damage was documented by the agent.
Paul Singh is a sketchy, creepy, and a flat out crook! He would not come out with me to the U Haul when I turned it in. He would not give me a signed paper that I returned it. He just said "it's all done on line now and I would get the receipt in my email". During this pandemic, I wasn't sure what to believe, so I just left. Then the email said I was in an accident and charged me $915.11 more to pay for it!!!!!! He is a LIAR and a SCAMMER!!! Do NOT ever go to him for ANY reason!!!!!!!!!!!!
The pick-up took quite a while as the man there was experiencing technical issues with his phone. Next time, I would choose to go to an actual U-Haul store rather than a corner mart.
I called the location to confirm that it was the drop off location. The attendant that answered said to just drop the vehicle off and leave the keys in the Dropbox. So that was exactly what I did. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday afternoon. But they didn't progress my vehicle until Wednesday at about 4:55pm and now I'm being charged an additional 47 dollars because the vehicle was due at 3pm on Wednesday.
