An employee should be there when it states they are open st 9am. It was difficult to get the truck I had already reserved. I had to go to another location to find out they didn't have a truck I needed.

There needs to be some instructions on where to drop the truck off because this is an atypical U Haul rental location on the ground level of an apartment building. The signage for the location is poor. I had to call to find out where the office was located and I had to ask where to park the truck.
Robert MPoor location. Parking is at the back of some apartments. My worst complaint is about the laborers we ordered THRU UHAUL that didnt show up!
RICHARD SThe location was remote and located in a place not designed to maintain regular U-Haul drop-offs. I get it may be a contract location, but its set-up was not condusive to the needs of the customer.
