Make sure the truck is clean before renting to another person. Dont charge for equipment that isn't available and use better locks.
TIFFANY CI was originally suppose to pick the truck up close to my house, however, they move me from less than five miles from my house to about a thirty minute drive to fort gordon. That added mileage to the truck for my trip. Then the virtual assistant told me I could take it back to any Uhaul place. I was returning the truck on Sunday and found one close to me that was open, however, they would not accept the truck and they told me where to take it, which added extra miles to my trip. After driving the extra miles, I was nineteen miles over what they allowed me to drive, which cost $19.00 more dollars.
Linda HVinson is awesome and helps my Uhaul rentals go smoothly everytime. Also, I like the convenience of the Midgard location and the employee, Tahjay, is very respectful and reliable. I will definitely rent from Uhaul again.
