This rental process was very, very stressful. My pick up location changed 3 times, I did not receive the blankets I ordered, and I had to stay on Havana and re-enter all my information again. I will not use U-Haul again.

MILLION WTook two days to process return of my vehicle. Made me leave keys in drop box during the middle of the day. Be better.
Jean PThe staff at the counter was not helpful at all. He kept redirecting us to the app and said the rental had nothing to do with him. We tried to check in online, but the app didn't work, so we couldn't. After 30 minutes of waiting, we were checked in, but the key was nowhere to be found. We also couldn't "check out" or return the truck on the app or "check out" at the counter. We had to call the Uhaul customer service line. It should have been a seamless in-and-out process, but we wasted an hour trying to check in and out. Never again!
Yazan FThis location was not ready to handle a 26 foot truck. The "manager" was put out to help and refused to move cars that were in the path of where he wanted the truck parked. There was a pallet in the way of where he wanted the truck parked and did not move it meaning I had to drive over it to park. He did show me where the key drop off was but did NOT even attempt to walk thru the return process. I had to call UHaul customer support to report the awful experience and she was very understanding and apologetic over the experience. She arranged to have a area/district manager go to the location to finish the return process. At this point, I hope all is taken care of and I don't get any extra or unexpected charges.
