Customer service rep was unhelpful and unaware of what they were doing. The kept the door locked the whole time leading me to think the place was closed when hours of operation said it was open. The vehicle interior was dirty. Mileage was 1k miles off that had to be adjusted. It took me 40 minutes to get the truck alone. 1/10 service

They charged me wrong mileage. Up to 109 miles that I didn’t drive
LUC AI would’ve preferred an actual person to do the intake. This took much more time that it would’ve if I had dropped it off with an attendant and after the much inconveniences I had already experienced this just made matters worse. Again, the next time I move I will be looking for a different company that actually cares about the customer service and experience
