The truck I was given was dirty inside and out. It also was full of damage from being stolen. ( told stolen by employee). Felt embarrassed to drive with damage.

U-Haul has a consistent reputation of double charging over charging charging the hold money and then the bill not many people catch it I've caught it both times they've done it to us including making us have overdraft fees in essence of $120 which could not be refunded by U-Haul even though it was their mistake even though it was their fault is still our problem I would not recommend you haul to anybody on a budget when they're moving which is usually everybody Justin Payne 7203296735

The pick up location uhaul emailed me didnt have the truck I ordered. The guy said I have to go to a different location and asked me to call that location so they would hold the truck since they would hold the reservation on for 30 mins. Apparently I was supposed to get a text from uhaul when they change the location but never did. That made me fall behind my schedule and cost extra for miles since it was far away from my place. Uhaul has a horrible online ordering system. By the way, nothing wrong with the store where I finally picked up the truck. Great staff too.

The Havana location is great. Unfortunately, the overall rental experience was poor. I arrived on rental day at 3:30 at the original location, was told they didn't have the reserved unit, tough luck. I called U-haul, they found another unit further away. Twenty minutes later, received a text saying U-haul had reserved yet another unit for me at yet another location. Chaos, and I had to unravel it all. Main gripe is that the customer wasn't told about the original botched reservation until I arrived to pick it up. The whole thing set me back two hours, when I didn't have two hours to give. Unprofessional. Trip worked out, and I appreciate the effort some of the reps gave.

You give no leeway for weather or traffic . We were stuck it holiday traffic and didnt get back tell 6pm with a noon scheduled drop off I called 1800 num to check in she was nice But upon check in we were charged another day i went in and talked to rep. He said nothing we ca do i said thank you and left I was thete to RENT amother trailer but i need lil leeway for weather i colorado ill seek other opp My advise is give a little get alot But thats just me Ive owned my handyman biz for 12 years No Payne Maintenance 720 329 6735 Thank you

Improve communications and coordination between the Call Center and the actual location, plus training for cashiers and technicians. -- The Call Center said no appointment was necessary for a trailer light connector install AND someone was onsite until close to assist. However, in reality, the technician was leaving for the day when I arrived at 3 pm, and no one else was available to assist. I had to push my trailer pick-up day out a day as a result, plus I waited 3 hours for the tech to install the connector, another 40 minutes to complete payment and trailer checkout the day of my appointment. In a nutshell, prepare to spend 4 hours onsite for trailer connector install and trailer pickup. On a positive note, this location has a lot of truck and trailer inventory, and typically a lot of "extras" for moving too.

Returned the trailer before they closed and gentleman was rude to me. I sat in return area for 15 minutes and he saw me there. When I approached the door finally he locked me out. Said we closed . I was here sitting in return area 15 minutes before they closed. So gentleman was very rude. Not to uhaul standard.

Busy time to drop off the truck after spending 12 hours on the road driving & then unpacking the truck into our new home. There should be a way to do express drop off for some of the Uhaul products (e.g. tow dolly).

Get people that pay attention our truck was returned in time early they called the next day and charged my card again without my permission saying we never turned it in. This location is full of it. Never had issues at the Uinta location.

Offer a free week of holding onto a trailer without the extras charges like insurance. Storing an entire apartmentt in a haul trailer is better than having to unload , load and unload from a storage unit.

Curtis is the most disrespectful person I have ever came across!!!!!!! He does not need to be working directly with customers!!!!!!! I have never been talked to with so much disrespect I will not I repeat I will never return to this location again!!! I have been a customer with the location for the past 10 years Never again I’m done!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also have a storage at this location. Not supposed to close till 7pm. I was moving items after work but 545pm. Was being being questioned at 615 how many loads I have. Locked out the building by 6:38. Even closing time was 7:00pm. Also the person who closed down storage, I thought was a thief. Till she got out her car. Do not harass customers until business hours are over.

Unfortunately most of their hand trucks that carry heavy appliances the wheels are all chewed up and yet when I mention that the people working there it was so nice to me he went through so many of them just to give me the right one for me so as far as customer service I give this place a plus I was a very satisfied customer
