Not much to complaint about, although I feel bad for the other African American customer who could not pay for his rental because he offered cash or some pay as you go visa. I actually was not given the dolly and thankfully I got credited for that. Overall it was doable for me.

Manager was rude unprofessional basically told me to take it leave it when I requested a truck with less miles due to my prior experience with over heating. I rented hundreds of U-haul while at UPS and rented for our Christmas rush so have first hand knowledge of the maintenance program, was concerned with the truck presented I have rented 4 for my move in 3 months with one more needed to complete the move, I will be going to Penski for my future truck needs

I felt like the girl checking me in was rude. I was also told she needed several phone numbers of ppl I know so that if the trailer came up missing... there should be a better script in place. She took pictures of my drivers license with a personal cell phone, that is unprofessional. Especially having my cc on file. Didnt explain next step as to where to meet someone to hook up equipment. She did apoligize fro the long wait but not sure it was sincere.

I called the day or evening before to schedule the trailer and the lady took my name, credit card informaton and had my phone number via caller I.D. and yet when I arrived at the brick & mortar U-Haul facility they did not have my phone number, credit card number, or other information; I had my reservation number yet the clerk found no other information on her computer screen about me - no phone, no address, no credit card number. On top of that they wanted a second phone number, which I thought was ridiculous, so I had to go back home and get my cell phone and bring it back with me to the store so the lady clerk could call my cell and veryify it was my phone. My land line is listed in the white pages. If I hadn't needed the cargo trailer that day and at that time I would have walked out. The experience began well but this nonsense in asking me for a second phone was not only stupid but spoiled the experience. Why didn't the lady with whom I spoke the night before tell me to bring my cell phone? The man in the yard (Nicholas) was helpful, courteous and efficient. The lady clerk at the brick and mortar store lacked a sense of humor and did not add anything of value to the experience.
