Everytime I'm given a gas station location the worker doesn't know the process to allow me to check out the uhaul. This time, we waiting 35 min past the time of the start of our rental and ended up on the phone with someone else who worked at the gas station to actually finish the process. This happened the last time too.

Jasmine AI had spoken to the Manager about dropping the truck off after the 24hr agreement. He said take your time I wouldn't be charged an extra day. They overcharged me an extra day. I also filled the gas tank and they got that wrong but didn't charge me extra. I replied to the email receipt and asked them to correct the overcharge. No reply yet.
