Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI do not like non U-Haul locations handling important U-Haul transactions. My U-Haul store sent me to this convenience store and they gave me an In-store order when I needed to return the truck to a different location. This forced me to return and was of giant pain.
Daniel AThis location was a forced change, 40 minutes RT away vs 8 minutes for the requested site. I also passed at least 3 locations closer to my home than this. DON’T SELECT ALTERNATE PICKUP LOCATIONS WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH THE CUSTOMER. Also, I picked up a truck with 3/4 tank of gas and dropped it off full, how do I get credit for the extra gas I bought?
Michael FTerrible employee did not know how to check us in or out took along time wasted so much time and I still had to cal costumer service to get checked in and out because he didn’t know how
