Idk why I was charged double for only having the trailer for 12 hours we were told that as long as we returned it tonight there would be no extra charge

Hunter RThe roof of this trailer (RV 4489 D) leaks terribly. We hauled flowers and various decorations for my daughters wedding this last weekend and everything was wet from rain. Some of the things could still be used but our experience was and expectations were not what we planned. Please review this issue before someone else has their experience ruined. The people at Jim Carr Oil (rental location) were great, the trailer was not great.
JAMES PI was met by an employee as soon as I pulled in the parking lot who made sure everything went well and took the equipment from me immediately for check in.
