When picking up the unit, the person at the store was not trained in or knew how to handle rentals. When dropping off unit was charged more than my quote, they were unable to explain why.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe equipment was spotless! The representative was extremely helpful and was so very kind when we requested a larger size after just finishing the paperwork. All changes were met with a smile. We will use this site again if another move is needed. Thank you for your prompt, pleasant and kind service, and quality vehicle.
Ann BI got switched from the location I wanted to one that was 20 miles from the location I wanted and I was charged $20 more extra for that.
Michele OTerrible customer service at the Austin Mn location Appolo Gas station. Rude manager unhelpful and didn’t check my truck in until 6 days after drop off. Do not recommend this location.
DEBORAH WIt took me over an hour to check out my reserved trailer. No one knew how to check me out. Nice people but I had to call Corp to check out the trailer. Then after I checked it out, no one to help hook up to my pickup. Tongue on the ground and my problem. Everest should not be a UHaul site.
