Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAbsolute minefield of fire ants. No clear instruction where to park. Nobody home at 7PM on a Sunday, probably to be expected. At least the drop box was easy to find. Would also be nice if these places would leave out a broom for sweeping the trucks out. Had to get creative.
Tyler CFriendly people and were helpful but did not have the moving blankets that I had requested, not a huge deal but would have been nice to have.
Ricardo RRented a vehicle at my desired location and was lured to a further location for a $60 credit. Called back to clarify that I had the rental for 24 hours and was told by Diana that was correct, received a call before I finished moving to return the vehicle by 4pm 2 hours short of what I understood to be my term. The location added unnecessary miles. I would like a refund, which I was told I’d be accommodated but there was no person on site or followed up with me.
