The office was very run down and dirty inside. Upkeep on the outside was nonexistent. The transaction took over thirty minutes because of computer issues.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFriendly and professional person. Helpful and informative with checking out truck. Would highly recommend this location. Made my experience very easy and smooth.
Pamela ZNo onsite service. Place is a dump
EDWARD BNot totally the fault of this location but U-Haul as a whole. My reservation was transferred across the street as I was told I needed a larger truck (for the ramp) as well as they had a dolly in inventory. Leveraging remote check-in failed and required interacting with a Rep. The reservation did not properly transfer and I wound up waiting 45min for someone to show up (after I called as their “Back in 15min” sign was still up from the day before and no one would have showed.) I then had to re-do registration in person, only to find out they had no dolly’s in stock. I lost over an hour of my time due to U-haul’s miscommunications and insufficient inventory systems.
Ryan BGood job.
