Chris CJust keep doing what you’re doing. The gentleman that took care of us was awesome. He helped very much to find us a truck, as we had nothing reserved. The van we got worked out perfect. We would definitely use you again, as well as recommending you to others !!!
Emil KThese guys were on the ball with getting me hooked up and out of there. Nice location and easy to pull in and out of which is important when you're moving trailers
Dan BI had made a reservation closest to my home and when they confirmed the appointment the pickup changed to a town over 20 miles away and then when I went to pick it up, it was not set up correctly and had to go another 10 miles to a different pickup. It was awful from the point of reservation. Lesson learned to not go through uhaul next time. Still waiting for customer service to call to adjust my bill. Tick tock uhaul…it doesn’t get any better with each passing day. The pickup location was fine…it’s the overall company that has no clue.
