The woman, Jerilyn, that helped us was so great to work with. She really went above and beyond to make sure we got everything taken care of and our rental was a very challenging one. We were really thankful to work with her. She made the experience excellent.

Larry LSomehow I was charged $30 for safe tow. I did not select this option. When I picked up and signed for the uhaul it was done outside in the bright sunlight on a tablet and you could not see. I request this be refunded.
Eddie SCustomer service was horrible. Our company needed to extend contract, lady was contacted shortly after 9am and several times after that. We did not receive extension until after 4pm costing our company several thousand dollars due to not being able to use trucks.
