Place was busy so I had to wait but it is also a gas station so I could top off the tank. It is also right next to the storage unit and has a big lot to move around in. Super easy.

The Uhaul employee at this locaton was very lazy and horrible in customer services. He refused to help custmers in any means and any way. I asked him to go over the safety issues with us, so we could be safe on the street and we could prevent problems for Uhaul later. He kept avoiding my requests. He kept saying he did not know. . Then I asked him how would I hook up my car on the auto transport dolly. He contines to refuse to help. All he cares is that the money but customers. I could have sued him for the very bad sevice that he provided to me and my family and asked for half of me money back. However, I am a religion person and my religion prevent me to do so. He can get away this time but not with others if he continues to do so. I can not imagine that such a big Uhaul company can still have such a bad and imoral employee like him. I paid almost $1000 just to rent a one way 15' Uhaul truck but I could not ask any questions related to the truck and the safety issues and other matters related to the business. I will not be silence. I will make sure my families and my friends willl stay away from this location as much as possible. The bottom like is that he made me do everything and paid him. It seemed like I was the one who worked for Uhaul. Such a horrible customer services. In my 30 years living in the US, this is the first time, I have ever experienced this type of customer service. Very very bad and awful!

I received a call to tell me my trailer was ready, actually received a call earlier than promised. The trailer was clean and in excellent operating condition. They helped me hook it up to my truck and explained everything I needed.

No AC in truck. It was very hot. Check engine light was on in truck worried if it would kill on side of road.

I was very patient with the cashier since this site is also at a gas station and he had to handle us and the customers. Maybe there should be two or more people working so it won’t hold up customers coming for uhaul and customers coming for the actual store.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience for the first time with you guys. I've used Uhaul plenty times and love the overall service. However I had a few things wrong this time. Windshield wipers were way past expiration and dragging. And the tow dolly's lights wouldn't turn on as well The truck needed to be repaired under the truck to turn them on. So I was directed to another uhaul which was 1 hour extra driving, plus another hour to repair it. This was extra gas that I paid for out of pocket. So I 2 hours. I was also was charged an additional $20.07 at pick up with no explanation why even after asking why. If I could receive compensation in some form this would be great as I spent extra money on gas and $20.07 at the gas station upon pickup which seemed like the gas station attendant could've pocketed.

We went to return 2 - 26' U-Hauls to this location. We were told that our trucks were actually round trip. We explained that was not the case and called and had it fixed on the other side where we rented. (Which they did happily- "Computer Issues- Sorry about that.") Upon going back in the office the gentleman said he didnt care he still wasn't taking them. "It costs me $800 to take back to Pensacola". Then when explained we called and they said we are good to drop off to his location he made us wait an extra 20 minutes staring at his computer screen. He took them eventually but not a place we will revisit ever, even to do a drop off.

I ordered a dozen furniture pads and a furniture dolly when I reserved the truck days before. When I arrived they told me they didn’t have any furniture pads. Then it turned out they had 6. I had to scramble to make do, using some of my good blankets as pads. The vehicle was filthy inside. The transmission in the truck is awful. It struggled to shift gears. Halfway into the rental the check engine light came on. I called to ask what I should do, “Oh it doesn’t matter. Just keep driving it.” When I returned the truck we put 11 gallons of gas in. The fuel gauge needle didn’t move even after starting the truck. The owner came out of the store (we used *his* gas pumps) and said, “Oh it’s moving...you need to put more in.” He told us the truck gets 8 miles to the gallon and that we needed to put a total of 18 gallons. We put 7 more gallons in, which put the truck at full. It wasn’t full when we picked it up. We probably put 5 gallons more than we should have. Guess what his remedy was—not to charge us $5 for the 6 furniture pads we used (when we ordered 12!). His gas was $2.44 a gallon, so he owed us about $7 more. Ridiculous. I made sure we were good and left. Never again.

As opposed to pick ing up the trailer, took about 3 minutes to drop it off. Both employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience!!
