The worker showed up late and did not explain how the return proceeded worked with a car tow. Although the location is ok for non busy hours!

The lady that serviced me failed to answer questions I had about the contract before charging my card. She was very rude.
Provide paper receipt for drop off. Receiving clerk had no way to print receipt for return of trailer. If customer did not have e-mail, etc., then would not have documentation for return of rental.
I was overcharged! I paid for a 15ft truck and received a 10 ft with no refund

This is the third time I've used the Canamro location and I am very pleased with their friendly, honest service! I had a bad experience with a location in Denham Springs and had to use Uhaul customer service to solve the problem. I will never use that Denham Springs location again!
Have the right truck. And have them to explain everything to you. They need to have people going to the right return address. They will have people going over there miles. I'm very upset!!!
There was no problem with the location of pickup or with the truck. The problem is I rented a 26' truck and when I showed up to pick it up, the truck was not there. The rental was extended an additional day to the previous customer. This put my moving crew hours behind schedule.
Make sure you have the equipment that is reserved and if not make it right.
Make sure when customer request a dolly that it is actually in the truck.I had to borrow one from a family member.

One of his workers (FEMALE) was really rude and disrespectful!!! A drink fell over and she automatically assumed I sat it there.! We almost fought !!! He didn't say a word to her about her â€œpoor customer serviceâ€ !!

I got charged for going over the alloted miles by 8 miles. Yet the vehicle pickup was not at the location I wanted to pickup which would have avoided going over the alloted miles.
Great experience. Polite and quick service. In and out with trailer in less than 20 minutes (I'm guessing) with no reservation. 5x8 trailer in great condition with good tires. What more can you ask for? Returned trailer next day. In and out in just a few minutes. Thanks!
Hire a person with a little people skills. PLEASE! The guy was rude. And they cheat customers.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-haul. I was redirected to two different locations from the original one I had scheduled. When I got to the SECOND changed address at the time that they said in the email, they said my trailer was in Michigan. Then send us 30 miles away to get a different one. The email BOTH times said that the trailer was "reserved and guaranteed" for me. To send emails like this and have a trailer neither reserved, nor guaranteed, is unacceptable business. They gave us a 50 dollar credit, which does not come close to even out after having to drive 30 miles away to get another trailer. We lost 2 hours of moving time, in which I had to pay 2 EXTRA hours of money to the moving help I had hired to help me get things out of the trailer at my destination. We also were trying to beat the bad weather, which we did not because of the two hour delay, and had to unload all of my belonging in the rain. U-Haul should be ashamed of their services, their notification emails telling people spending their hard earned money that they have trailers reserved and guaranteed, when they don't. I will never use U-Haul again, and will make sure anyone planning on it that I know hears this story and goes with a company that treats their customers with respect and doesn't lie to them.
First drop off location was closed. Wasted half a day driving all over Texas to rerun. Not at all happy!
