Brimhall mini storage has the rudest staff. Some idiot got pissy and making threats when I hadn’t returned the vehicle on time. Then they charged me a $70 cleaning fee for no explanation when the truck was returned clean. Stay away from these morons!

The individual who checked me in on Friday had horrible attitude. Admitted he was having a "bad day" His demeanor is not what I would want representing my business. We are preparing a move to Seattle and will be renting a 16' truck to move some of our personal items, but extremely unlikely Uhaul will be our choice of rental agencies.

Great service, in and out very quick despite making a reservation only 20 minutes before arriving to pick up the equipment. This location is my preferred uHaul location and I’ll continue to use them first for my moving needs.

The trailer that we rented was in great shape and looked like it had new tires. We needed an adapter for the required 7 pin lights plug in and U Haul had it there so we didn't have to go shopping for it. Prices are good too. We have reservations to rent a trailer again in a week or so. We are pleased with service and equipment.
