Everything went extremely well with staff and hookup of trailer. No suggestions for improvement at this location.

I booked a truck and then the day before they changed to a new pick-up location. The new location was further than the original. Also, my original reservation was for 6pm. However, the new location for pick-up was only open 9am-12pm. This was aggravating and such a hassle to move everything around to earlier in the day.. The people at this location were great. Upset at Uhaul.
Caroline AThis was not my selected location. It was changed without my direct consent. Everything was fine and I dropped it off after hours, but it was inconvenient.
Brian BOur location was changed as well as our truck size, drop off location and mileage allowance causing us to go over and to incur extra expense. We were also not given the agreed upon $40 discount to drop off in a different city from our destination. Still waiting to see if we get refunded.
