DAMON LWhen we arrived for pick up, the vehicle was clean and parked in an accessible location. However, the process of picking it up through the app's site was not as easy. We experienced difficulties with trying to upload the required pictures it kept asking for to check the vehicle out. Then, when checking out, my discount code applied at the reservation was not applied at checkout. There is also no option to apply discount codes at checkout. The manager called me to straighten the matter, which helped change the score I would give them from 2 to 4 stars.
