I have rented from several uhauls and this location was the worse. The person working there was not helpful and the self serve was difficult. They neighborhood is dangerous so that was nerve wracking also .

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location doesn’t have a physical office, which makes the pickup process a bit difficult. You need to communicate over the phone and complete the online process. It took me 50 minutes to pick up the truck, which was unrealistic and I wasn’t expecting that. I recommend a physical office to pick up the truck.
SHAH RThe U-Haul truck was parked on a spot where it was kind of hard to get in because it was parked where vehicles can get air. The location is dirty. Also I was charged for a dozen of mats where there wasn't any available.
