Putting the truck keys in the right box... Putting their reserved equipment rental in the truck. I was charged for the dollys, and made my move so much harder not having them! It took about an hour and a half to finally get help to locate the keys. Which put my rental time behind schedule.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI rented a truck and trailer. Booked it over a month before I needed it. I had to drive 25 miles one way to pick up a trailer. This not my first time renting. The business that used to do it would go pick it it if he did not have it. So there should be accommodations not just mileage adjustment
