Return location and personnel were very pleasant and helpful. I was put off by the fact that when I was using the mobile check out / return from the U-Haul app, I was surprised with a $42.00 return fee. There was a section that allowed to me check a box that said I do not agree to this fee and I checked it. They charged my card regardless. I wrote a note saying that I hired the truck for a one way trip and was returning it full of gas, at the location designated in the agreement and there were no variations. Why the extra $42? I will look for other rental companies in the future that charge what they say their going to charge with no hidden extras.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey were so pleasant to work with. It was a very nice experience.
Sue CMy back literally hurt from the hard shifting at 5k rpms only at under 45 mph. Way more expensive than I literally said I was worried about from first place to them. Gas was insane, for the miles I put on it I should have gotten out and pushed.
MARK NNot a thing!
