We are older folks and doing everything online was difficult and we missed the contract so we got there and had to do it over the phone with Don. He was rude and treated my husband badly. Yes we should have had it done but everything comes in so many texts emails we missed it.

gary tDan from Barrhead was a lifesaver, seeing that the fella in Drayton Valley gave away my unit, and was no help at all at trying to help. His comment of “I’m just a dealer, call U-Haul” as he slammed his way into his office. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with the Drayton Valley fella. With the positive attitude and energy from Dan in Barrhead I really didn’t mind the extra driving time. 5 stars for Dan from Barrhead Drayton Valley fella should not be the face of UHaul period.
