The woman at check out counter, was very straight and to the point, really needs some customer service skill improvements: put a smile on, look at your client when talking, don’t have a grimace look on your face when asked a question or claim you don’t have anything to do with it. I did everything I could to make her smile!!!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe arrived at the store, The gentleman was friendly and very helpful. He took the time to answer our question and the process for the rental. We need the U haul for one way and everything when really good from pick up thru return in California. We still have family members in Oklahoma and will definitely recommend the shop. Thank you S V
LUIS MThey didn't have their stuff together, poor management.
larry eStore front is unattractive. Office equipment is outdated. Staff is less professional. Pick up process took way too long (nearly an hour). Customers behind me left rather than wait.
