The ladies at the front desk were wonderful. If I could rate them by themselves I’d give them 5 stars. However, Upon picking up the truck they unfortunately did not have any of the furniture dollys I reserved. The truck itself was dirty. The back of the truck was dirty and hadn’t been swept. The cab of the truck was also dirty and hadn’t old used forks and trash. Upon receiving the truck the tire pressure was low and had a low pressure light on. We attempted to fill tire with air assuming it was just low by the time we returned it—it was loosing air again. We believe the tire has a leak. Again the workers were so sweet but the truck was not well maintained or clean.

Loni JI was extremely frustrated with how small/full the parking lot was. I was able to "legally" park a car hauler and a 26' truck in parking spots, but it was very challenging, and I am 100% that many people would not have been able to do it. I tried calling the number to see what options I had for parking the truck, but it was consistently busy for over 30 minutes. Ultimately, the parking I did was in a spot, but it took up half of the parking lot, which I didn't feel right doing, but literally had no other option.
