The problem with my UHaul experience was not with the dealership where I was to pick up the equipment I needed. I was due to pick up the trailer on a Monday and I was notified of the change on Saturday. As you know it is hard to do anything to correct the problem on a Sunday. The problem I had was with the fact that my pick up point for the trailer had been changed by you; not me. The point was 30+ miles from my home. That would have meant I would have to put over 60 miles on my vehicle to pick up the trailer which would have made an extra 2-4 hours delay in our loading . Also the call center which I was told to call after we dropped off the 6'x12" trailer was a problem too. I gave them the address where I was located after unloading and they gave me the wrong address for the drop off point. I was heading back tnorth, but they directed me to an address that was over 14 miles SE which was totally inconvenient for me. I called back and got a gentleman who was excellent. He directed us to a drop off location that was a little over 2 miles from where we unloaded. Needless to say I was completely dumbfounded that I was told the original info. I had a couple of guys who were loading/unloading the trailer and I had my phone on speaker so they heard the lady tell me the wrong info. They were more agitated than I was. I had no problem with the van, but I went over the pro-rated mileage when I was given the wrong info. The van was the only vehicle I had to follow the trailer. We did have a problem at the "real" drop off point in that the sign for returning equipment was turned inward so we didn't see it from the street. I got yelled at for not going in the right driveway. The lady that worked there was nice, but the guy left me more agitated than the wrong info. I hate it when a man gives a woman a hard time, but when Dave (one of my helpers) came up, this man at UHaul treated him cordially. He really shouldn't be in the position he is in if he treats customers with such arrogance. Based on my experience with the return of the trailer and the attitude(s) of your employees, I need to explore my options for equipment due to my move not being completed yet. There are a lot of issues with the people you hire to represent your company. Maybe they need to go through some remedial training on customer service. I don't like spending my money ($1100.00) to get crappy service.

1) The hand truck I requested was not available. 2) I feel the stations should have the option to give customers hard copy receipts upon request and your company should not rely simply on customers printing them off of their home computers which some people do not have.
