Toni JWas overcharged and my U-Haul air did not work and the check engine light was on. when I arrived to the facility no one was initially able to give me the keys. Door in the back was making noises the whole time. needless to say I will not be using U-Haul ever again and I will be seeking compensation as I was overcharged and there was no thorough communication.
