The truck was horrible, tire light on, almost stalling and while the people at the location were great thwy had to come back at night bec the rental was not set up as contactless pick up. Not locations fault it was Uhall customer service fault. Tgis was the worst Ihall experience we ever had.

Be prepared to walk into an empty facility (despite arriving on time for pickup), load the trailer yourself or with the help of a stranger, drop it off at an empty facility (despite being on time for dropoff) and unload the trailer yourself or with the help of a stranger. Be prepared for made up checkin days and checkout days (BECAUSE NO ONE IS THERE).. anything that benefits them and costs you more. Complete disregard for customer service, complete disregard for liability and even the "regional manager" won't get back to you for days, unless you escalate the issue to their executive team.
