Smooth operation, friendly associates
ROBERT MExcellent. Efficient. The truck is, well, a truck It lumbers and chugs. Not fun to drive for 10 hours but that was expected.
ALEXANDER RThe uhaul agents were fabulous. However, the van was infested with roaches. They were tiny, so I'm guessing it was a new infestation. The agents offered to switch vehicles for me but my time schedule did not permit this. I ended up bombing the truck both nights. I do not blame the agents due to the fact when I inspected the van before driving off I did not see them.
TAMMY RRented a 20ft truck, with insurance and roadside assistance. The windshield leaked and had a napkin or paper towel stuck in leak and we didn’t get the dolly that was requested. Were told we could swap to a 26 fr truck for same price. Didn’t know that reservation was gonna be deleted and a new one made. The insurance and roadside assistance wasn’t transferred.
