We originally were supposed to pick our u-haul up at this location in the drop box however they did not put the key inside, after I phoned them the day before to confirm this would be done. This same situation happened to friends of mine as well. This location should not be able to rent u-hauls.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI originally booked pick up for in Halifax; having to go all the way out to Beaverbank added considerable time to my day. The location was decent and the people there were awesome, it's just that I find it hard to believe there were no trucks available closer to the city centre.

Chirag CIt isn't the location that I have an issue with, the people working were great! It's Uhaul in general. I rented a 10' uhaul and I was blown away at how expensive it was! I only had the van for 2hrs to pick up a hot water tank and take it to my house. The bill was over $100! There was definitely a transmission issue, and it was really hard to move the drivers seat. Again, the people working there were really nice. Uhaul needs to maintain their equipment
KRISTINA MExtremely slow getting the keys from the counter after going through the mobile check in. There is no point of a mobile check in if you don’t save any time. Language was also a barrier.
