Worst experience ever. I've used uhaul for years. Reserved a truck to get to place where truck is... no key. Daughter was on hold waiting for someone to answer to find out what she needed to do for an hour. I finally called and got thru to someone. This gentleman opened a complaint said this shouldnt have happened. Finally after 30 to 45 minutes later we got a truck to use. Glad my daughter didnt have her 3month old with her to have to sit there and wait. Still haven't heard anything from complaint form that was turned in by an employee...top it off was charged double of what it should have been.

Randy HVery nice place to pick up your Uhall truck.
carolyn rVery helpful staff.
Jason JIt's an old site, which is fine. It was after hours so no personnel staff on site. The tool which helps to get the trailer off the hitch was locked inside so that made it challenging to get the trailer down.
