The keys would not come out of the key lock box because the of big plastic uhaul key maker. I cut my hands up trying to pull the keys out of the box.

Pickup and drop off were excellent. The U-Haul website didn’t work for check-in and U-Haul was too intrusive with requests for electronic responses (like having to confirm drop off location and time three times).
