The only problem with the drop off is that I could not get internet service to do the online drop off. I made notes on the contract and dropped it with the key in the box, and that worked well.

Tire went flat, wasn't able to get the job done because road side never showed up. Had to pay out of pocket to fix tire and now they're charging me extra.

Rebecca OI was very frustrated that I reserved a trailer at the location and in the size I needed and felt comfortable driving two months in advance and it became unavailable on the day and even around the day I reserved it for. I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to pick the right size up. It would be nice if you could coordinate having the right trailer at the right location for a reservation made so far in advance. There was even the correct trailer in the parking lot where I reserved it originally on the day of my pick up.
