The pick-up location is not at the listed address. No one answered the phone at the listed address during posted hours of operation. Very frustrating pickup process.
Lucinda BThis location was not where I made the reservation for. U-Haul changed stating the location I chose did have a truck for me. Then I had to drive almost 30 minutes away from my house and passed 2 different U-Haul locations to pick up my truck. It begs the question, why do you even bother to take reservations?
Hayes TDropped truck off at 2pm Sunday was credited with dropping off Monday morning followed procedure on phone on site.
Micheal WU-Haul's customer service needs improvement. I've rented trailers and dollies 5 different times from your company. Didn't get my military discount and was unable to pick-up at my preferred location. Had to go to another town. Had to put air in tires and oil pivot points.
