THE APP IS TERRIBLE FOR RETURNING THE TEUCK! Consistently had to redo the steps until I just brute forced my way through the return list! Also not sure if I got marked but the truck I had def needs a steering check as it felt super loose and like there were large dead zones in turning the wheel

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisthe return was ok, left truck in the lot, no one there used the app to return truck was easy to do.
Richard LReturned truck through the app. Didn’t deal with anyone or go into the store. I guess it seemed ok.
Earl NThe app needs improvement. Took 30 minutes just to get the truck since they are closed on the weekends. The truck was dirty when we got it and we had to pay a $25 cleaning fee. Took 20 minutes to return the truck because we had to take the requested photos 5 times before the app excepted them.
RYAN MI've rented here a few times, and really enjoyed the experience! :)
