Julie PThis is not a center but a drop off box which you must access through the internet. There was no U-Haul personnel at this location.
Jerry SThe app was very problematic. The screen continually went black and I had to start over again. Very annoying!!! Very much like this business model of picking up a UHaul. Ease of finding one to rent close by and picking truly aided our move to go quickly.
Julie PWalked inside. Didn't know where to park the Uhaul for drop off I asked a woman "Hey ma'am do you work here"? She says "What's it look like to you"? Not exactly a warm friendly conversation. No reason to be rude whatsoever.
