Closing shift needs to be nicer to customers.if a customer has been waiting an excess of 20 minutes or more they should approach the customer and help them rather than continue to do work in the back while the showroom has a line of customers waiting in excess amount of time. it was very unusual when I rented my trailer that it had a light cockroach infestation with spiders as well. I had to throw a bug bomb in my items before retrieving them from the trailer in fear of infestation of the household. Lastly employee should never raised their voice/ yell at customers no matter what the situation was as I encountered on my last visit when I rented my trailer while waiting in line. Although when returning my trailer the employees were helpful it was the result of only two employees who ruined my entire experience.

Employees make me wait more than 20 minutes giving me the excuse he was trying to place a claim..... said multiple times I’m actually working in something different with attitude. The girls was the one that’s shows more willing to help. At the time of the check out, the same guy dealing with his electronic device having hard time.....please train him better in order to give appropriate assistance to customers. Poor attitude and unit really dirty.

I did an off-hours pickup. The instructions via the phone did not match reality. The truck was not located where the app told me to find it. The keys were in the truck itself, but the instructions had me searching around in a completely different truck. While I was ultimately able to get what I needed, it took me ~15 minutes longer than it should have if the instructions were accurate.

Add another person to help customers out to speed the pick up and drop off process. Other than that,Travis and the other guys is awesome!

The employee at the counter complained the entire time using copious profanity that his equipment was inadequate and that he was behind on check-ins etc. He made myself and another customer wait for 15 minutes while he fumbled with devices. I returned the vehicle and there was a line of at least 6 other vehicles so they were unable to process my return and issue a receipt on the spot, leading me to utilize the app and check in myself since they were not able to. The vehicle was fine, the equipment was fine, but the service was below my expectations. I will consider other options before choosing U-Haul in the future.

I used the online check-in that promised no wait. It instructs the customer to skip the line and just ask for the key at the counter. The service person I spoke to said he didn't know anything about it and I had to wait in line for 20 minutes. Another agent came up when I got to the front of the line and simply handed the keys and said your ready to go. It seems the clerks need to be better trained on this system

Keep great employees lie Travis and Mike who used to manage the location before Travis. Also give them some help. it gets so busy sometimes and there is only one or two guys to do everything. Consider giving customers who rent frequently a break like on mileage or maybe 5 bucks off the daily. I do 20 to 35 rentals a year. It would be nice.

I just noticed that the driver side seat belt not functioning right .its loose and don’t self adjust . Informed associate upon returning. Overall TRavis team has an excellent customer service. ??

My service was adequate. My only complaint was the wait time to be seen. I came in with a line of 4 ppl ahead of me one of which was being helped. At that time she was helped within 5 mins. A second person came to help me 20 mins later. Transaction was quick. However when we walked out there was a line of 6-8 ppl behind me. It would be great to have a second person help once the line reachesn3 ppl based on your pre-bookings.
