Getting there is a little tricky, but it's Bellingham. Streets are weird. The van was spotless. The I5 was jammed. Other than that it was a great rental. Thank you!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisActually helped us as our original drop off site was not found and first site we went to was rude to my daughter. Rude site was a storage facility on Kings Road in Bellingham.
Steven SThe person working the counter was unprofessional and strange.
Suemary TSCREW THE AI NONSENSE WITH THE APP AND WEBSITE. It was extremely difficut to get a clear shot of the truck, just let us rent it. Yeesh.. SCREW THE GEOLOCATION REQUIREMENTS. I had to call in my friend so I could use their phone since your app wouldn't work with my phone to tell where I was. And calling customer support was no help because they couldn't manually override anything to let me get the truck. Very frustrating series of events. I won't be using Uhaul in the future.
Kisdon RSame as above. We had exceptional service from the staff and management and would highly recommend U-Haul for any and all moving needs. Regards, Mike
