I picked up the car. They had marked the fuel level incorrectly. I had taken a photo and presented it as proof, so I got my money back. If I hadn't taken that photo, I wouldn't have been able to recover the funds. Plus, I spent 30 minutes dealing with this. U-Haul owes me.

The transmission on this truck seemed a little off, it would rev up excessively before shifting. The brakes were worse, sometimes not responding until you put your body weight into it. The self checkin/checkout procedure was even worse, wasn't explained beforehand and took an ungodly amount of time and energy. Many steps had to be repeated 2 or 3 times before they were taken.
