Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBest customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time
Mary RBest Uhual experience in quite awhile. Laura was incredibly friendly and helpful. No issues with early mobile pickup and the 20' truck only had 20k miles and drove like a champ. I'll definitely be using Walking Tine for all future Berea rentals.
JOHN WThe owner was most helpful with my last-minute rental. She helped get the rental processed when the Uhaul app glitched, taking time out of her early morning to do so, and saw to it that my truck was the best on her lot. The return process in her store was the easiest I have ever experienced. Berea KY is blessed to have this location for rentals! Thanks Laura!!
Judy MNothing…Amazing experience, the lady at the store went above and beyond and so did her husband.
