The app was difficult to use.
It was not the site person's fault that the location was not operating properly. It was someone on the opposite end along with the computer system refusing to take the information he fed into it. I made a reservation two days before. I talked to a wonderful customer service oriented male who was excellent. However, when we got there to pick-up the truck it took over 45 minutes to get it. We were under a deadline to be back with the truck 15 minutes away. Consequently, the Uhaul site problems caused my movers and us to extend our work time due to waiting at the Uhaul site. That should not have happened.
John was very thorough and professional and made excellent recommendations to ensure our safety when renting the equipment.

Truck only had 24,000 miles newest truck I've rented
10' truck seemed well maintained but had not been cleaned since it's last long trip. The windows and mirrors were so dirty I needed to clean them in order to see well enough to be safe. Drinks had been spilled inside with sticky results running down the center console area, on the floor and splashes on the inside of both side windows. I vacuumed and washed the inside.
