The woman that helped us was helpful and polite. She even offered to back the trailer in to the spot as my husband wasn't comfortable backing it into the space

Richard KTruck was not driveble had wit for another truck and two that truck wasn't clean either.
Donald BI was lied to by UHaul. The quote I received was 627 miles and 4 days. I was given 325 mikes and 3 days. The truck breaks were bad and something was not right with the engine. And it was not clean when I got it. I will endeavor never to use U-Haul again.
April PThis location was very accomodating. We were first sent to another location to pick up our van without any staff and only a combo lock that didn't work. As the owner was an hour away, we didn't have time to wait. It was very frustrating and took forever to get help. Finally a scheduler sent us to the Bernalillo location. When we got there, they didn't have a truck available as the scheduler had not seen that their truck was already spoken for. However, the woman at the counter contacted her other location down the road and had them hold a truck for the person that would have gotten the one remaining truck so that we could take it. She went above and beyond and made a frustrating day sooo much better!
