As usual, the independently owned businesses were great to work with, but corporate U-Haul has their head up their ass. Corporate sent me an email that I hadn't returned the U-Haul trailer when in fact I was waiting at the drop off location before they opened that day!

I recommend having the alignment checked on the equipment. The wheel pulls really bad to the left although the truck is going straight. Also one of the driver side tires doesn’t look normal compared to other U-Haul vehicles.

DAVID GI dropped off at a 24/7 location when the shop was closed, so I had no contact with staff. Everything was fine.
