Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI reserved equipment that was not left in the U-Haul truck, causing me to lose over an hour trying to locate equipment on my own to use. This inconvenience caused me to then return the truck late and be charged unnecessary added fees. I won't ever use this location again, and I want the late fee credited back to my account.
Traci WMaybe I missed it but I think the quote should include after-hours pricing because I had no idea I would be charged an extra $20. Had I known that I would not have rented during that time.
Carolyn CPublic bathroom at this location. But excellent customer service The location where we picked up The truck we rented in Westavia the AC went out 80 miles into the trip.
