The pick-up took a little longer due to the previous person not checking it in correctly but everything was great other than that.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location was not good. Unfortunately there was a language barrier between the man who worked at the shop and us, so we could not communicate. His iPad did not connect to the internet, so he could not get us checked in and we had to call U-Haul to check us in. We also requested a furniture dolly and paid for it, but did not receive it. The service at this location made it very hard to upload any photos.
william gMy contract stated a cargo van for 99.00 per day with the $15 Safe Move coverage adding $15 a day. I paid for a Dolly rental for $7.00 per day. 'This rental included 100 miles with a charge of .49 cents a mile over that. I attempted to pick up the van at 9:30 am, my reservation time, but the person who previously rented the vehicle had not returned it as of 10:00 am. The location said I could take the small truck at the same price. The dolly was not provided and I returned the vehicle prior to 2:30 pm the same day having only driven 71 miles with more gas in the tank than when I picked it up. I later received an invoice for two days of rental, was charged $1.49 a mile for gas and charged for two days of a dolly that wasn't provided. I was out of the country for na couple, of weeks but just stopped off at the rental location to show them my original contract and what they billed me but the person didn't speak English and asked that I return to speak with the "owner". John BTruck was dirty . I paid for moving blankets but when I got there, there were none . I got charged for them plus a moving dolly that I didn’t rent ! When I told the attendant, he just said call customer service. This is a convenience store that rents trucks . Next time I’ll go to a UHaul store that only rents U-Haul products exclusively!
